Create unique Branding and High-Converting designs for Liliwair on Amazon

Liliwair is an Amazon brand offering family gifts. As an E-commerce designer, my role involves developing a unique brand identity and strategy, creating engaging videos and high-converting visuals, optimizing product listings, revamping the Amazon storefront, and creating best-selling merchandise design. I was also responsible for implementing a product launch system and managing Amazon PPC Ads. I aim to enhance the brand’s image, create the best designs, attract customers, and drive sales.

Liliwair project presented an exciting challenge as the brand had been solely focused on selling its family-oriented gifts on Amazon, neglecting the importance of branding and enhancing marketing materials. With their existing logo and basic product images, it became evident that a unique branding strategy and cohesive messaging were necessary. This led to a series of milestones aimed at transforming Liliwair into a captivating and recognizable brand on Amazon.

Milestone 1: Brand Strategy and Identity Improvement 

Creating Clear Messaging with Brand Guidelines To establish a strong foundation, I embarked on developing a comprehensive brand strategy and identity for Liliwair. This involved crafting a clear messaging framework and establishing brand guidelines. By doing so, every subsequent marketing and branding effort would adhere to the defined rules, ensuring consistency and a coherent brand experience.

Milestone 2: Video Creation for Each Product

Recognizing the need for more dynamic and descriptive content, I ventured into creating engaging videos for each Liliwair product. These videos aimed to capture the essence of the brand, aligning with the established branding guidelines. By incorporating visually appealing and informative videos, the product listings became more captivating and compelling.

Milestone 3: Enhancing Listing Images and Adding More Attractive Ones

Building upon the existing images, I took on the task of enhancing the product listing images. By infusing them with creativity and visual appeal while staying true to the brand’s identity, the listings became more eye-catching, attracting potential customers and standing out against the competition.

Milestone 4: Creating A+ Content for Top-Selling Products

To increase the conversion rate and optimize the product listings, I focused on creating compelling A+ content for the highest-performing products. Extensive research was undertaken to identify the right A+ content formula, ensuring that the content aligned seamlessly with the established branding. The result was enhanced product descriptions and engaging visual elements that facilitated a higher conversion rate.

Milestone 5: Amazon Storefront Creation

Recognizing the significance of a visually appealing storefront that represented the face of the brand, I undertook the task of revamping the existing poor and empty storefront. The objective was to create a strong and branded storefront with attractive images, designs, and well-organized categories. The new storefront served as a compelling showcase for Liliwair, instilling trust and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Milestone 6: Creating Digital Art for New Products

Leveraging my digital art skills, I was entrusted with the responsibility of designing captivating artwork for new products. Each artwork was meticulously crafted to align with the brand’s image and evoke a sense of appeal and connection. These designs would be printed on the products, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing product line.

Milestone 7: Product Launch System Creation

To streamline the launch process for new products, I developed a comprehensive and repeatable product launch system. This process encompassed product creation, creative development (including listing images, videos, and A+ content), and management of visual elements on the store. Additionally, I provided assistance with Amazon ads, gaining valuable experience in PPC ads and various campaign types.

Milestone 8: Launching a New Product – Birthday Posters

Expanding beyond their existing product range, Liliwair decided to introduce birthday posters. As the project lead, I collaborated with a graphic designer to design a captivating package of posters, each featuring unique and engaging designs for different age groups. Additionally, we created listing images and videos to effectively showcase the new product line.
